Children
Syncere Compliments is an intimate hair salon setting that allows and welcomes children for hair care serviceduring the parent's service. Please be respectful of other clients by not allowing your children to be loud, rude, or unruly.
Retail and Service
Professional salon products are available for purchase and may be returned within 7 days of purchase for salon product credit only. No cash or charge refunds will be given. Due to health regulations, no refunds will be given on cosmetics, brushes, or skin care products. Chemical services are only guaranteed for two weeks after the date of service, if professional hair care products are purchased at the time of service. No cash refunds will be given at any time.
Appointments
Please be on time for your appointment to make certain that your services can be performed as smoothly as possible. We request that you arrive at least 10 minutes prior to have time to fill out a client profile form and prepare for your scheduled service. Arriving late for any service may result in a rescheduled appointment and fee.
Late, Cancels, and No Show Fees (15-Minute Grace Period)
• 16–19 Minutes Late: $10 Fee
• 20–30 Minutes Late with a Courtesy Call: $15 Fee |
• 20–30 Minutes Late without a Call: $15 Fee and Reschedule
• All No Shows: 50% of Missed Appointment Prior to Rescheduling |

Cancellations
Please be considerate and notify the salon at least 24 hours in advance if you are unable to keep your appointment, or you will be subject to a $10.00 cancellation fee. Gift packages must have at least 48 hours advance cancellation. Any package appointments missed or cancelled less than 48 hours in advance will be charged 25% of the package total prior to rescheduling.

Our salon services are 100% guaranteed. If you are unsatisfied with any service you receive, you are encouraged to discuss with our owner. We work to correct any issues that may happen. Please make us aware of how we can improve or change the way the salon operates if problems occur.
